It’s time to mark your diaries for our packed schedule of both virtual and (hopefully) in-person events and awards coming this year in the UK.
This year we have launched a packed calendar of events, with new topics to explore, more awards and the safe return of in-person gatherings.
16-17 March 2022: CSO Security Summit
In March, we host theÌýwith the theme:ÌýLeading Together.ÌýFrom how to hack your cyber security culture, to determining what type of CISO you are, this two-day event should leave you inspired and ready to explore the new cyber security frontier. The event will be held virtually onÌýthe 16th–17th March.
27-28 April 2022: ½¿É«µ¼º½Cloud Transformation Summit
Our first ½¿É«µ¼º½UK event of the year will be theÌý, taking place virtually fromÌý27th–28th April.
The majority of IT and business leaders will soon be running companies that are more digital than physical. This event looks to address how technology leaders can continue to maximise cloud capabilities to build new, more agile business systems, continue driving the digital enterprise, address new customer requirements and support resilient operations.
NEW: 16 June 2022: Next CIO
½¿É«µ¼º½UK is launchingÌý, a new awards programme which will recognise and celebrate the best rising stars across the UK IT sector. Through interviews at ½¿É«µ¼º½UK, awards, and mentoring opportunities, Next ½¿É«µ¼º½will help aspiring IT leaders develop their careers, build their networks, and improve their skill sets. As our first in-person event of 2022, the Next ½¿É«µ¼º½awards will take place onÌýThursday 16th JuneÌýin London, where we will shine a spotlight on some of the Next ½¿É«µ¼º½cohort.

22 and 27 September: The UK ½¿É«µ¼º½100 Awards and Conference
The highly-anticipatedÌýÌýwill take place in September this year. For 2022, we will be hosting the Awards Ceremony in person on Thursday 22nd September, followed by the virtualÌýÌý´Ç²Ô Tuesday 27th September, where you will hear success stories and gain strategic insight from some of the UK’s best and brightest technology leaders. Ìý
Applications will open onÌýMondayÌý14th March 2022Ìýand you can register interestÌýhereÌýto receive further updates.
11-13 October: Official ½¿É«µ¼º½Summit UK
will take place virtually fromÌý11th–13th October. Spanning three days, expect a jam-packed agenda of keynotes, leadership sessions, interactive discussion, and insight from some of the leading UK CIOs on enterprise agility, leadership, sustainable transformation, and more.
30 November and 6 December: UK CSO 30 Awards and Conference
Closing the year, CSO UK will present the CSO 30ÌýÌýandÌýÌýwith an in-person Awards Ceremony held onÌýWednesday 30th November, followed by the virtual conference onÌýTuesday 6th December.
Applications for the CSO 30 will open onÌýMondayÌý13th JuneÌýand the criteria will cover new cyber security initiatives, expanding the influence of the cybersecurity team, working better with suppliers and industry bodies, improving your cyber security culture and key technology investment areas.
