Crowell certainly has plenty of ideas and experiences to share. 

No stranger to the search process, Crowell wrote about after leaving Meredith Corp., the publisher of , a few years ago.  He later took a job as Teva Pharmaceuticals’ CIO, and then moved on to his most recent position working for Oregon’s department of human services as its CIO.
