InnerWorkings, which helps corporate clients procure printed products, hired Brian Secord as its new CIO. Secord comes to the Chicago-based company from The Nielsen Company where he served as director of business systems delivery. In that position, he led big, strategic application development initiatives for NIelsen’s Fortune 500 clients. Prior to Nielsen, Secord worked for Accenture in application development, technical operations and business process reengineering. He has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Michigan State.
