Dell recently appointed as Chief Information Officer. Previously, Paul led the company’s commerce services as the Vice President, Commerce Services and in this new position, will report directly to Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Michael Dell. Prior to joining Dell in 2013, Paul was with Sears Holdings Corporation and Amazon.

Reynolds American has named Andrew Gilchrist as CIO. Andrew will assume the role as of March 1, 2015, as Tom Adams, the current Chief Financial Officer & Chief Information Officer is expected to retire in Spring 2015.

Huntington Ingalls Industries announced in early December that was appointed vice president and chief information officer for their Newport News Shipbuilding division. He will assume this role on December 15, replacing Leni Kaufman who is leaving after 35 years of service. In his new role, Bharat will charter the shipyard’s strategic course.

DocuSign, Inc. has hired as their first CIO. Eric was formerly the chief information officer with Informatica Corp.

Hudson’s Bay Company – parent company to Lord & Taylor and Saks Fifth Avenue – announced the appointment of as CIO, effective November 2014.

was appointed Chief Information Officer of Spirit Aerosystems Holdings in November, as Jim Coca transitioned to a role outside of the IT group.

Jonathan Rider has been appointed as the new Dynatrace Chief Information Officer. Jon brings more than 25 years of technology experience, including EVP of Technology and Engineering for Arcadia Solutions, 娇色导航of Gilbane, VP of Technology for Monster.com and technology leadership for other fortune 500 companies.

Shelley B. Leibowitz – Group Chief Information Officer for the World Bank from 2009-2012 – has been named to the Board of Directors and Risk Oversight Committee for E*Trade, in a statement released on December 10.
